Physician – Urgent Care & Workers Comp (Murrieta, CA)

WPMC Urgent Care is looking for a Physician with Urgent Care and Workers Comp experience to join a growing organization devoted to delivering top-notch care with a personal touch.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for patient care and managing clinical daily operations (lab follow-up, patient service, leadership)
Conduct daily patient follow-ups
Provide feedback for continual clinical improvement
Oversee Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants
Provide feedback for continual clinical improvement
Provide professional services as a licensed MD
Be a team player, highly motivated, fast paced, with excellent communication skills
Spanish medical language skills are a plus

Qualifications & Certifications

2+ years MD experience preferred (new graduates may apply)
Board Certified in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine (Active CA Medical License required)
Workers Comp and DOT experience a plus
EMR proficiency
Active DEA License
Current ACLS Certification, PALS Certification (preferred)
BC/BE required
DOT certification (WPMC covers cost if not certified)

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $230,000 – $300,000 per year
